Teletherapy/ In-Person Therapy

  • Teletherapy is remote therapy where the therapist and client communicate via phone or video.

  • We offer both teletherapy and in-person therapy (with limited availabity for in-person therapy at this time).

  • Fees are the same for both teletherapy and in-person therapy.

 

Hours of Service

  • We offer teletherapy between the hours of 9am-8pm Monday-Friday (at the availability of the therapist and client).

  • We offer In-person therapy between the hours of 9am-1pm Monday-Friday (at the availability of the therapist and client).

  • Office Hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Thursday or by appointment only

Cancellation Policy

  • If you would like to cancel your session, please call with in 24 hours of your scheduled session, otherwise you maybe charged the full therapy fee.

 

Insurance and Forms of Payment Accepted

  • The following insurance providers accepted: (please verify coverage before appointment)

    • IEHP

    • Aetna

    • United Healthcare

    • Optum

  • Debit card, all major credit cards and cash

  • Please note: Payment is collected in full at the beginning of your appointment.
